Hi, I'm Yasmin!

I'm based in San Francisco. I work in recruiting operations and people operations. ATS ownership, hiring pipelines, onboarding, and the workflows that keep them running. I was the first ops hire at a YC-backed AI startup, and before that I ran recruiting operations and executive ops.

I speak English, French, Arabic, and Spanish. When I'm not working, I deal with a German Shepherd named Nala who thinks she's in charge.

First ops hire at a YC W25 AI startup; built recruiting, sales ops, and marketing ops from scratch with a 2-person founding team.
Implemented Greenhouse and Deel as the company’s first recruiting and employee-management systems; ran end-to-end pipelines for 6 engineering and GTM roles and 100+ candidates.
Built workflows across Greenhouse, Deel, Notion, Stripe, Vanta, and PostHog; drove SOC 2 readiness in Vanta. Managed CRM data across 200+ accounts and weekly pipeline reporting.

Supported a DG overseeing 4 directorates and 1,300+ employees nationally (executive ops, briefings, stakeholders, calendar, travel, events).
Built a OneNote intake/triage/approvals tracker for hundreds of daily inbound items; 100% of committee submissions met deadline.
Chaired weekly cross-directorate EA syncs and coordinated approval workflows.
